How to use the Service parts section of the eShop

1)  By registering on the eShop you can track orders and save your address data. Click on ‘Register’ on the right hand side and enter your details.

2)  To find a service part, firstly enter the E-Number/model-number of your Appliance in the ‘Search Criteria’ on the right hand side.

3)  View the exploded view diagram and click on the part you need (please note that the diagram may have several pages)

4)  Click on ‘Add to shopping cart’ to place a service part in your shopping cart

5)  Click on ‘Display Shopping Cart’ to go to the checkout process

6)  Within the shopping cart, click on 'Continue' to go through the payment process

Note: If you wish to add accessories to your order, click on the ‘eShop accessories’ link on the right hand side. Your shopping cart will not be emptied by moving into the accessories section of the eShop.
